Janowice is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ruja, within Legnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.
It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) south of Ruja, 20 kilometres (12 mi) south-east of Legnica, and 44 kilometres (27 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
