Jang Jin (born 1971 in Seoul) is a leading theatre director, playwright, movie director and producer specializing in comedy in South Korea. He is also the representative of a film production company Film it suda

He directed the following movies:

  • 1999 the Spy
  • 2001 Guns and Talks (킬러들의 수다)
  • 2004 Someone Special (film) (Aneun yeoja, 아는 여자)
  • 2005 Welcome to Dongmakgol (웰컴 투 동막골)
  • 2006 Righteous Ties (거룩한 계보)
  • 2005 The Big Scene (박수칠 때 떠나라)
  • 2007 My Son (A-deul, 아들)
  • 2007 Jung Doman (바르게 살자)

In 2005 he produced and was one of the writers but not director of the hit Welcome to Dongmakgol.

In 2007 he put on Seotun Saramdeul (clumsy people), a play he had written when he was just twenty-three [1].
