Janette Sadik-Khan

Janette Sadik-Khan is the current Commissioner of the New York City Department of Transportation, appointed by New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg on April 27, 2007, to replace Iris Weinshall. Previously she worked at Parsons Brinckerhoff as a Senior Vice President.[1]
Sadik-Khan received a B.A. from Occidental College (with a major in Political Science), and was awarded a law degree from Columbia Law School.[2]
