Jane M. Earll is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania State Senate who has represented the 49th District since 1996.

Earll served as Assistant District Attorney for Erie County, Pennsylvania and as an attorney for Richards and Associates. She was the Republican nominee for Lieutenant Governor of Pennsylvania during the Pennsylvania gubernatorial election, 2002.
