Jan van Deinsen (born June 19, 1953 in Tiel, Gelderland) is a retired football midfielder and forward from the Netherlands, who played for NEC Nijmegen, Go Ahead Eagles and Feyenoord Rotterdam during his professional career. He obtained one cap for the Dutch national team, when the Netherlands lost to the Republic of Ireland on September 10, 1980 in Dublin.
