Jan Johannes Anthony Arnoldus Vreede (born January 19, 1900[1] in Zaandam - died February 17, 1989 in Amsterdam) was a Dutch sailor who competed in the 1924 Summer Olympics.
In 1924 he was a crew member of the Dutch boat Willem Six which won the bronze medal in the 6 metre class.
