Jan Peka (July 27, 1894 – January 21, 1985) was a Czechoslovak ice hockey player who competed in the 1920 Summer Olympics, in the 1928 Winter Olympics, and in the 1936 Winter Olympics.
Born in Rataje nad Sázavou, Kutná Hora District, he was a member of the Czechoslovak ice hockey team, which won the bronze medal in 1920.
He also participated in the 1928 ice hockey tournament and in the 1936 ice hockey tournament.
