Jan Jakub Graf Zamoyski (July 22, 1716 - February 10, 1790) was a Polish nobleman (szlachcic).
Jan became the 9th Ordynat (IX ordynat) of Zamość estate in or until 1780. He was voivode of Podole Voivodship (wojewoda podolski) in 1770 and starost of Lublin (starosta lubelski). Knight of the Order of the White Eagle, awarded on May 8, 1768.
Jan married in 1745 Ludwika Maria Poniatowska, by whom she had an only daughter:
- Urszula Gräfin Zamoyska (c. or bef. 1750-1808), married firstly and divorced before 1781 (?) Count Wincenty Potocki (d. 1825), podkomorzy wielki koronny in 1773, szef regimentarzy gwardii konnej koronnej, general lejtnant wojsk koronnych in 1775, starosta lubelski (married secondly in 1787 Anna Mycielska and thirdly in 1792 Princess Helena Apolonia Massalska (1763-1815, both without issue), by whom she had a son, and secondly Michal Jerzy Mniszech, marszalek wielki koronny:
- Count Franciszek Stanisław Potocki, rosyjski tajny radca, Senator, prezes Heroldii Królestwa Polskiego (Niemerow, July 2, 1788-Warsaw, January 15, 1853), married firstly at Mariachen, September 8, 1807 Princess Sidonie Françoise Charlotte (Sydonia Franciska Carlota) de Ligne (December 9, 1786-Wien, May 14, 1828), and secondly Karolina Keffler (d. 1885), only daughter of Prince Charles Antoine Joseph Emanuel de Ligne (Brussels, September 25, 1759-killed in action at Roux-aux-Bois, September 14, 1792) and wife (married on July 29, 1779) Princess Helene Massalska (February 9, 1763-October 10, 1814), without issue
