Jan Halvor Halvorsen (Born 8 March 1965 in Bamble, Telemark ) was a Norwegian football player who is currently manager for Notodden FK. Halvorsen started he's youth career in Porsgrunn, debuting as fifteen and a half. He has also played for clubs like SK Brann, Rosenborg BK and Hertha Berlin. 1992 he became Danish cup winners playing for AGF Aarhus.
the last ten years he has worked as football manager, managing top teams from Norway and Sweden. November 2005, he signed a contract with Notodden FK, bringing them up from the Norwegian Second division up to Adeccoligaen, The second highest level in Norway.
