Jan Drago

Jan Drago is a member and former president of the Seattle City Council in the United States. Her first campaign was in 1991(unsuccessful). She got elected on her second attempt in 1993. She has won reelection bids in 1997, 2001 and 2005. As of September 2004 is chair of the Government Affairs & Labor Committee, vice chair of the Housing, Human Services & Health Committee, and a member of the Utilities & Technology Committee.

She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Rutgers University.
