Jan Brzák-Felix (6 April 191215 July 1988) was a Czechoslovakian canoeist who with Vladimír Syrovátka won a gold medal at the 1936 Summer Olympics in the C-2 1000 metres event. He later went on to win a gold medal with Bohumil Kudrna at the 1948 Summer Olympics and a silver medal at the 1952 Summer Olympics, both in the C-2 1000 metres event.
