Jan Škorka is a well-known Czechoslovakian painter, as well as the founder and only member of the School of Skorkism which is noted for a high richness of color and paranoid- schizoid- dissociable view towards society. His most popular paintings in both the Czech and Slovak republics are Heavy metal, Hromasův nejčernější den(Hromas's blackest day), Smrtící, smrdící sousto (Lethal stinking morsel), Šarvátka (Squabble), and Brutální škrabka (The Brutal Scrape).
