Janów Lubelski [ˈjanuf luˈbɛlski] is a town in eastern Poland. It has 11,882 inhabitants (2004).

Situated in the Lublin Voivodship (since 1999). It is the capital of Janów Lubelski County.

It has a large hospital (Samodzielny Publiczny Zespół Zakładów Opieki Zdrowotnej). It also has several tourist attractions - buildings and churches from 17th-18th centuries.

The town was founded in 1640 at the site of an older village.
