[edit] Re: Golden Temple
To block me for editing wikipedia first of all you have to explain that what type of vandalism has been done by me in the Golden Temple article every thing has been taken from the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbhandhak Committee,Amritsar's Website. This is the main and only one organization which has been managing the Golden Temple since 1925, and has its own Sikh History and Research department. So no body can know about the Golden Temple more than this Organization.
You must read about the history of Sikhs,Golden Temple and Amritsar before saying anything about this article. You are confusing without any facts. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Sikhadvisor (talk • contribs)
- Hi James, you should have given the above user (Sikhadvisor) a {{uw-copyvio}} or {{uw-mos1}} warning. Giving new users a vandalism warning for such edits is biting them. See WP:WARN for a complete list of warning messages -- you should use an appropriate message each time. utcursch | talk 15:40, 18 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Re: Me being a sock puppet
I have a proposal. Since this seems to be a matter between you and me, let us put this discussion about me being a sock puppet on my or your talk page. It has nothing to do with the discussion on the article and the wiki admins can still check my credibility. Also, i would like to apologise. While this matter is not settled and i still stay with my statement that my account is not a sock puppet, i was a bit rude, maybe. I am not used to being accused of such things and it came a little bit out of the blue sky. So, if you don't mind, let us discuss both matters in a more polite manner, okay? --Kelnor 12:35, 5 November 2007 (UTC)
Thank you very much. In answer to your question i am male, i still haven't build my Userpage again, after i deleted it a few months ago, after realizing that it looked very chaotic and ugly. But one more thing: What should we do with the part of the Talk:Battle_of_Saragarhi Let it stay as it is or put it on my or your talkpage for clerification? --Kelnor 18:37, 5 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] About Snatam Kaur
Hi James! I created Snatam Kaur's article some months ago, and I rencently saw that the names and dates of her albums had been deleted. Please could you help me to understand why? She's a musician and singer - way more that a food engineer - and sold a lot of albums, so I guess it makes sense to mention them. Unless there's something I missed about what wikipedia is... Thanks! [edit] Re: Grammar
You're welcome! It's always nice when someone appreciates that kind of help. Seems like a good article apart from the odd little slip I corrected, too. Olaf Davis | Talk 16:55, 16 April 2008 (UTC)
- P.S. - I don't suppose your reason for knowing about the scholarship happens to be that you're a member of John's, does it? Olaf Davis | Talk 16:58, 16 April 2008 (UTC)
