Need assistance with disambiguation. Assistance I received earlier from Orange Mike did nothing but reconfirm what I said I DID NOT want to do. I am in the process of constructing a mainspace page for David Ferguson, a San Francisco promoter and arts impresario. I expect the page to be ready within the next 2 - 3 days.

A Wikipedia bio already exists for a David Ferguson, who murdered someone in England. David Ferguson, the promoter, DOES NOT want his main space page identified with (promoter) in parantheses. Instead, he wants a user to type in "David Ferguson" and be led directly to his, the promoter's, page. Is it possible to change the bio on David Ferguson, the murderer to David Ferguson (murderer) so that, by typing in "David Ferguson", the user is taken directly to the promoter?''' 22:09, 29 April 2008 (UTC)JamesHX

Bring it up at WP:RM and try not to violate WP:COI. Thanks LegoKontribsTalkM 23:54, 29 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] I've created a sandbox for you to work in

You'll find it at User:JamesHX/David Ferguson (promoter). Once you think it's ready for publication, you can create a new mainspace article: David Ferguson (promoter). --Orange Mike | Talk 00:25, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
