My 2007 predictions:

[edit] Tropical Storm Andrea
Category: TS
Winds: 40mph
Pressure: 1000mb
Forms in the Northwestern Gulf of Mexico as tropical depression 1 on the 2nd of July. Organizes into a tropical storm then immediately makes landfall in Texas. Dissipates on the 4th of July. No fatalities or damage is reported.

Forms Southeast of South Carolina on the 12th of July and moves rapidly northeast, strengthening to category 1 hurricane. Never affects land and dissipates on the 19th.

Pressure: 990mb/942mb
Forms east of Barbados on the 2nd of August and immediately makes landfall there as a depression. Strengthens and breifly becomes a hurricane before weakening to a 50mph tropical storm and making landfall on Guatemala's short coast. Retains identity into the East Pacific, where it strengthens to a category 4 in the open ocean. Weakens to a tropical storm, heads west towards Hawaii and briefly reaches category 1 strength again while passing through the islands. Turns sharply norh, then east, strengthening again to a hurricane, this time a category 2. Gradually weakens to a depression, maintaining tropical characteristics until making an historic landfall in Washington state. Still as a depression, it turns sharply north making a final landfall on Vancouver Island and dissipating on the 21st of August.

Pressure: 1007mb
Forms on the 5th of August from a non-tropical 35mph storm system, and immediately makes landfall on the East side of the Florida peninsula and dissipates later the same day. Causes 1 death and minor damage.

Category: 3
Winds: 115mph
Pressure: 963mph
Forms over Senegal on the 15th of August. Rapidly strengthens, and makes landfall in the Cape Verde islands the next day as a category 2 hurricane. Strengthens further to a category 3, but dry air and sheer cause it to dramatically weaken, and it dissipates just east of Barbados on the 21st.

Causes severe damage to the Cape Verde islands, but elsewhere damage is minimal.

Forms just east of Belize 6 hours after Erin formed, and makes landfall in Belize the next day. Despite the weakness of the storm, damages were severe due to the slow movement of Belize. Over land, the storm actually strengthens slightly, but dissipates over Guatemala on the 17th of August.

Pressure: 929mb
Forms west of the Cape Verde islands on September 1 and heads east, strengthening to a category 1 hurricane. It gradually turns to the north, and begins rapid strengthening, reaching its peak as a category 5 1000 miles east-southeast of Bermuda. Gradually weakens and becomes extratropical west of Portugal on September 15. It never affects land as a tropical system, but causes landslides as an extratropical system which kill 1 person in Andorra and 2 in France.

Pressure: 968mb
Forms north of Felix on the 9th and quickly strengthens to a tropical storm. The much stronger Felix passes to the east of it, flinging Gabrielle to the west southwest. It strengthens to a category 2 hurricane south of North Carolina. It turns north, and makes landfall at cape hatteras as a category 1 before turning north-northeast and exits back out to sea. It then weakens to a tropical storm before looping west and making landfall in Maine where it dissipates.

[edit] Tropical Storm Humberto
Category: TS
Winds: 45mph
Pressure: 996mb
Humberto forms of the 17th of september halfway between Barbados and the Cape Verde Islands. It moves almost due north, strengthening to a tropical storm. It dissipates on the 24th of september west of the Canary Islands, never affecting land.

Winds: 80mph
Pressure:987mb
This storm forms on the 4th of october, east of the Virgin Islands. It strengthens to a tropical storm, making landfall in the British Virgin Islands. It strengthens further into a 75mph hurricane before making a second landfall in Puerto Rico. It weakens over the island, and becomes a 50mph tropical storm. It then makes landfall on the Dominican Republic, and moves through the Bahamas, making landfall of Grand Bahama and Bimini. Then it strengthens again into a hurricane, and makes a 6th and final landfall in South Carolina. Despite the strength of the storm, there are no deaths and only minor damage.

Karen forms on the 29th of October west of the Cape Verde Islands. It gradually strengthens while moving to the Northwest, turns to the north, then to the Northeast and becomes an extratropical storm that affects southern Spain.

Winds: 35mph
Pressure: 1009mb Tropical storm Lorenzo forms on the 30th of November West of Mauritania. It moves east, becoming extratropical just before making landfall in Mauritania. 1 person dies in Mauritania, but no damage is reported.
