- I've seen varying days, months and occasionally years for Jamie. Even on varying media outlets. At the time of Jamie's EastEnders character Jay being stabbed in January 2008, one newspaper reported the actor as being 13, another one reported him as being 14. Whats On TV has the birth year down as 1994. Piecing together various fragments of details from all over the Internet, I would be inclined to believe that the June 23rd date sounds "about" right but unfortunately I can't verify it to beyond reasonable
