Talk:James Valitchka
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Bearcat. All of this information is verifiable by over 40,000 people who have heard this 13 year old author speak since he was 8 years old. All that is necessary to verify the information is to GOOGLE "james valitchka" and the information is verifiable from about 331 different sources. I have tried to add the sources that you need. Can you look at this edit and tell me specifically WHAT ELSE you need? Below is my proposed edit.
I also want to add the article to category " american author", child suthor, youth motivational speaker" HOW DO I DO THIS?
- The problem was that James Valitchka himself, or possibly someone else using his name, was continually editing the article to remove all wiki-formatting and references in the article, to remove any improvement tags that anybody else left on it, and to generally make it sound like the kind of puff bio that a writer's agent or publicist might put out rather than an actual encyclopedia article. That's what the problem was, and I thank you for adding genuine references and significantly improving the tone and format of the article. Bearcat (talk) 16:46, 2 May 2008 (UTC)

Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. Please provide sources to establish the subject's notability. Of course, the need for sources goes beyond notability. Information added to an article must be verifiable, and facts included must be attributed to a reliable source. Thanks. --Evb-wiki (talk) 14:25, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
