Talk:James Metzenbaum
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
James Metzenbaum HAD NO CHILDREN!!. You have made an error and I should know, being one of the family. If you had researched things properly, you would know that James Metzenbaum was a cousin of Howard Metzenbaum's father.
[edit] Missing facts
- James was a state senator in Ohio which you never mention.
- He had no children and was only married for 14 years.
- He left all of his money to a foundation which honored his late wife, and
cared for developmentally disabled children (Bessie Benner Metzenbaum Foundation).
- His brother was a prominent plastic surgeon who invented the Metzenbaum surgical scissors.
- Howard Metzenbaum was the youngest of two sons of Charles I. Metzenbaum, a cousin of James.
The above points were emailed to the Board. I haven't added them since I haven't verified them, but someone else might want to do so. Angela. 03:06, Nov 29, 2004 (UTC)

[edit] decate
What's a decate? This subject, though as a human being is doubtless worthy, is not notable enough for an encyclopedia entry. 75.24.194.99 23:29, 26 August 2006 (UTC)
