This article needs to disambiguate CSIS and spell it out. Also, the nationality of this guy would be relevant. Guessing he's Canadian or American, but don't know which. NickelShoe 02:21, 8 January 2006 (UTC)

Jim Mann is at SAIS as writer-in-residence, not a CSIS
