I believe that the substance of this article is borderline prejudicial, and does not cite additional, conflicting accounts of the Arcadia incident. One good source is the book Between Good and Evil by Roger Depue (pp 179-200), in which a more plausible case for Richardson's guilt is presented. Net: I dispute the neutrality of this article. Additionally, the entire text of this wiki article is cribbed directly from http://www.robertrivera1.com/innocents.htm, and therefore should not be considered up to quality standards.
