Deleted category "Anglican archbishops" as Otey was never an archbishop.

Deleted and on second thought restored category "American university and college presidents." Otey was Chancellor at Sewanee, though that is really not the administrative head of the school, that office being the vice-chancellor's position.--Spewey 20:41, 23 May 2007 (UTC)
