I cannot believe there is so little written here about one of the best Ministers Ireland has ever had. The improvements brought about by Dillon improved the lives of the farming community so much in the 1940s and 50s that small farmers in Connemara referred to new chics as Dillion Bheaga ( Little Dillons).
