[edit] Lack of citations, unclear sources, potential copyright violations

This has an air of being self-written about it - perhaps taken from some autobiography text elsewhere? Also the chunk of New Grove text is surely a copyright violation!! Ben Finn (talk) 21:13, 4 January 2008 (UTC)

[added heading for section] So that one can see where the material comes from [in the article created by A.V.Collins (talk), in Nov. 2007], I've added quotation marks, source citations, and pertinent templates. This article needed and may still need more varied sources so as not to violate Wikipedia:Neutral point of view and WP:CITE relating especially to WP:BLP. It may still need further clean up with attention to WP:LOP. [as updated.] --NYScholar (talk) 03:38, 11 May 2008 (UTC)
