The Jammu & Kashmir National Panthers Party is a political party based in Jammu and Kashmir, India. It has the status of a 'state party'. Bhim Singh is the party chief. Sh.HARSH DEV singh are the main leader of JAMMU AND KASHMIR NATIONAL PANTHER PARY,He is elected two times as MLA.Also he was elected in Education Minister of the state collision government between CONGRESS(I) and P.D.P.
