James "Jamie" Spaniolo (born November 5, 1975), (a.k.a. Jamie Madrox), is a horrorcore rapper from Warren, Michigan. Formerly known as Mr. Bones of the rap group House of Krazees, he is one half of the Psychopathic Records duo Twiztid, and he is also a member of Samhein Witch Killaz, Dark Lotus, and Psychopathic Rydas.

Spaniolo is a devoted follower of comic books. His on-stage name of Jamie Madrox is derived from the Marvel comic book character of the same name. Spaniolo has a role in the low-budget film Big Money Hustlas, playing a character named Big Stank.
