Jamie Foss

Jamie Foss is a singer and actress from Erskine, Minnesota. In 2004, she won $50,000, plus a recording contract on The WB's Superstar USA, a parody of FOX's hit show American Idol. Jamie beat out contestants Mario Rodgers and Rosa McIntyre to become the winner of the show.

During Jamie's audition, while trying to sing Madonna's "Like a Virgin," she was well known for reading the lyrics of the song on her hand. Throughout her time on the show, she was remarked by the judges (mostly by judge Briggs) mostly because of her breasts. Jamie's role models are Britney Spears and Jessica Simpson, whom she has been compared to. She has appeared in the TV shows Las Vegas and NYPD Blue, doing small roles of an actress (Las Vegas) and a female friend (NYPD Blue). Her album has never been released as of now. Jamie is currently a student of journalism at the University of Minnesota and takes acting classes as well.^{[citation needed]}
