Jamestown Glasshouse
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Jamestown Glasshouse, located in Jamestown, Virginia, is a part of the Colonial National Historical Park. Today, glass is blown by National Park Service interpreters, and the products are sold to the public in a gift shop run by Eastern National.
The original glasshouse was built in the early 1600s by settlers from Europe. The current glasshouse was built in the 1970s, though it operates in a similar fashion to the original one.
