James "Jimmy" Simms

James "Jimmy" Sims was born in 1935 in Somerville, Massachusetts, was a member of Somerville's Winter Hill Gang. He was a top member of the gang until he was arrested in the early 1980's and sent to MCI Cedar Junction, in Walpole, Massachusetts. He was released in 1987 and has since vanished.
