James Tocher Bain (February 26, 1906 - December 5, 1988) was a pioneering Canadian engineer. Through innovative foresight and an adherence to exacting standards, he exerted a major influence in establising TCA/Air Canada's remarkable record of excellence in engineering, maintenance and overhaul.
