James S. Moody, Jr. is a federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Judge Moody was appointed to his current position on July of 2000 by President George W. Bush. He attended the University of Florida for his undergraduate and legal education, and is also a member of Florida Blue Key.[1]
