- 1955 -- Merged with the Mandie Tobacco Businesses becoming Melbourne's primary tobacco, wines and spirits distributor.
- 1972 -- entered the retail market at Brisbane Airport
- 1972 -- Became involved with distribution of perfumes and cosmetics
- 1972-95 -- expanded into the Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Cairns, and Ben Gurion Airport (Israel)
- 1995 Sold a number of airport and 23 off-airport stores to SwissAir
