James G. Millns Jr. (born January 13, 1949 in Toledo, OH) was an American figure skater. He competed in ice dance with Colleen O'Connor. The pair won the gold medal at the U.S. Figure Skating Championships three times and captured the bronze at the 1976 Winter Olympics. Prior to 2006, they held the distinction of being the only American ice dancers to stand on the podium at the Olympics.
