James Keith, Baron Keith of Avonholm PC (20 May 1886 – 29 June 1964) was a British judge.
On 4 November 1953, he was appointed Lord of Appeal in Ordinary and was created additionally a life peer with the title Baron Keith of Avonholm, of St Bernard's in the City of Edinburgh. In the same year, Keith was invested to the Privy Council. In 1961, he resigned as Lord of Appeal.
