James Huang

James Huang is an actor who has appeared in over a dozen hit television shows including Lost, The Unit, Shark, Las Vegas, NCIS and Law & Order just to name a few. He is recurring in the ABC drama, Women's Murder Club as Officer Sam Cho. While he has a knack for playing cops, government agents and military men on every major television network, he has also played a wide range of good, bad and funny roles. He was the notorious 'Chet' in season 3 of Lost where he beat up the main character 'Jack', (Matthew Fox) because of his tattoo. He has also co-starred in sitcoms including Will & Grace and The New Adventures of Old Christine.

James has been acting professionally since graduating from Rutgers University where he majored in theater and cinema, He has worked in several areas of film, television, commercials and print modeling. As a director and producer, he won a Prism Award in 2007 for the critically acclaimed MTV documentary series, True Life. He has written, produced and directed independent films that have played in festivals across the country. As a model, he has appeared in dozens of print ads and commercials ranging from the UPS man to a Mervyn’s clothing model. As an actor, James is passionate about representing Asian-American men in a positive and progressive way. His body of work is a clear example of playing strong, masculine and American leading men.
