James H. Graham

James Harper Graham (September 18, 1812 - June 23, 1881) was a U.S. Representative from New York.

Born in Bovina, New York, Graham attended the public schools. Supervisor of the town of Delhi, New York. He served as chairman of the board of supervisors of Delaware County. He engaged in agricultural pursuits.

Graham was elected as a Republican to the Thirty-sixth Congress (March 4, 1859-March 3, 1861). He was not a candidate for renomination in 1860. He served as member of the State assembly in 1871. He served in the State senate in 1872 and 1873. He engaged in agricultural and mercantile pursuits. He died in Delhi, New York, June 23, 1881. He was interred in Woodland Cemetery.
