James Peter Faulkner (born April 29, 1990, Launceston, Tasmania) is an is an Australian cricket player, who received a rookie contract to play for the Tasmanian Tigers in the 2007/08 season. He is the son of former Tigers player, Peter Faulkner, and plays club cricket for Launceston Cricket Club. He attends Launceston Church Grammar School in year 12 (2008). He is a talented allrounder who has represented Tasmania at under-17, under-19, and second XI levels, and has also been picked for an Australian under-19 tour of Malaysia.
