James Dagwell

James Dagwell is a British journalist working for BBC News. He was born in 1974 and brought up in Crowborough, East Sussex, and is a graduate of the University of London (Royal Holloway College) [1] having completed a degree in English and Drama.
James appears on the 24 hour news channel BBC News and can be seen anchoring the news, mainly overnight on the BBC News and BBC World News simulcast, alongside presenting some of its programmes such as STORYFix a satirical round-up of the week and Your News at the weekend. He also presents BBCi's news headlines loop.
Dagwell has a new show entitled E24 on BBC News with Gethin Jones at 10.45am, commencing on Saturday 16 February 2008, consisting of entertainment news and interviews and will be repeated at 5.45 on the same day and at 5.35 and 9.45pm the following day.
He was the presenter of 60 Seconds on BBC Three for 2 years previously and a reporter for The 7 O'Clock News prior to that. James has also been a presenter and reporter for ITV1 Westcountry News and Channel One News, and a producer for Newsround, the BBCs children's news round-up. [1]
