James Cecil, 1st Marquess of Salisbury

James Cecil, 1st Marquess of Salisbury, KG, PC (September 4, 1748June 13, 1823) was the son of James Cecil, 6th Earl of Salisbury.

He married Lady Emily Mary Hill, daughter of Wills Hill, 1st Marquess of Downshire, on 2 December 1773. They had four children:
