James Burke (died 12 May 1964) was an Irish Fine Gael politician. He was first elected to Dáil Éireann as a Fine Gael TD for the Roscommon constituency in the 1954 general election. He was re-elected at the 1957 general election and the 1961 general election. He died in office in 1964, the July 1964 by-election held for his seat was won by his widow Joan Burke.
