Martin, governor of North Carolina, and Colonel (COL) Rathje, commander of the 68th Air Refueling Wing, watch the arrival of the 4th Tactical Fighter Wing's (4th TFW's) first F-15E Eagle aircraft. The 4th TFW is the first operational Air Force unit to receive the F-15E. Location: SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, NORTH CAROLINA (NC) UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (USA)"
