[edit] Fair Use Justification

I, GuildNavigator84, believe this TV screenshot to be covered under Fair Use by United States copyright law for the following reasons:

  • it is a low resolution still of a television show
  • it does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the film in any way
  • the image was taken by a TV screen capturer which means this not the original portrait
  • it allows for identification of the host of the series in a characteristic setting
  • it illustrates the program in question and aids commentary and the subsequent article's explanation of the series
