From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This image is an edited version of one found through the online catalog of the Library of Congress Prints and Photographs Division [1] It is from a collection of photos originally belonging to newspapers that are no longer published. I believe that the use of this image in a Wikipedia article is fair use, but that more likely the image may be reasonably considered to have been released into the public domain when it was acquired by the Library of Congress.
