JAL Express Co., Ltd. (株式会社JALエクスプレス Kabushiki-gaisha JAL Ekusupuresu?) is a wholly owned subsidiary airline of Japan Airlines (JAL). It is a low-cost airline operating domestic services. Its main base is Osaka International Airport.[1]

The airline was established on 1 April 1997 and started operations on 1 July 1998. It began services with a twice daily flight from Osaka to Miyazaki and Kagoshima. It has 357 employees (at March 2007).[1]
