Cf.Cons. His Royal Highness His Abdicated Majesty Jake Joseph Alexander Iugi Vivenaci Play, Duke of Menoc, Duke of Rothesay, Lord of the Isles MA(Lud.) Dip.Lang (Latin Cons.Cf. Suus Imperius Regalis Iacobus Iosephus Alexander Iugi Vivenaci Luditor, Dux Menocis, Dux Rothesae, Dominus Insolarum; 3 April 1995 – present) was the King of the United Kingdom of Playmoland and of the Menoc Islands from 4 May 20121 January 2024 when he abdicated in favour of his brother Alex XVI.

He is famous for introducing the use of Latin for common usage, including legal personal names, and the introduction of places of birth into names, and of English for legal documentation. He is also well known for the 2024 "Camberwell Crisis". Upon his abdication, he adopted the Duchy of Menoc, and thus moved from Queenhigh Palace into Camberwell House in the Camberwell Gardens area of Menoc. The ownership of the House was contested by his brother the King who claimed that the property belonged to the Crown and not the Duke of Menoc personally, since it was left to the Crown by the previous Duke of Menoc. The case went to court where the Duke of Menoc's lawyers presented to Court the relevant Royal Charter, which contained the ambigious wording as follows:

Granting that the property number 24 Camberwell Gardens, Menoc, City of Menoc, II Regio Menocis Occidentisque, shall pass into the possession of Our Majesty the King from the temporary custody of Bannerman & Co. Solicitors, 107 Station Road, of the same city.

—Royal Charter IAC.I.MMXXXIV.XVI

After a long battle, the Court ruled in the Duke's favour that the phrase Our Majesty the King referred to the person, otherwise the simpler terminology the Crown would have been used. The Duke was then allowed to permanently move into Camberwell House.
