[edit] Copyright?

The text has been lifted straight from http://krockradio.com/airstaff/jake.shtml

Which says the following in its terms of use agreement:

You understand, acknowledge and agree that the Site hereby grants you a limited personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, non-assignable and non-transferable license that authorizes you to use and display the Material, provided that you retain all copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices contained in the original Material on any copy you may make of the Material. You further agree that you will not, in whole or in part, sell, lease, rent, exchange, reproduce, archive, modify, create derivative works from, publish by hard copy or electronic means, publicly perform, display, disseminate, distribute, broadcast, retransmit, or circulate to any third party or on any third party website, or otherwise use the Material in any way for any public or commercial purpose without the express approval from Infinity Broadcasting Corporation. The use of the Material on any other website or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited.
It's difficult to tell to what extent the current article still resembles the KROCK page, because that url no longer works. It seems pretty clear that the bio was written by Fogelnest and provided by him to the station. (The obviousness of this origin was what I tried to diminish in my clean-up.) In the absence of evidence that the station actually paid him to write up his life story for the website and bought from him the exclusive rights thereto, I think it's safe to assume that Fogelnest actually controls the rights to his own autobiography--and by placing it here has put it in the public domain.

[edit] Clean Up

Pardon me, I thought I was starting a clean up--I see now it was worked on several times before me. Nareek 06:21, 27 January 2006 (UTC)

Any objections to removing the clean-up tag from this page? Nareek 23:57, 28 January 2006 (UTC)

This page has been cleaned up extensively since the clean-up tag was first placed on it. If someone thinks it still needs a tag, please let us know why. Nareek 05:38, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Wikipedia:Beautiful prose

This article still needs a lot of work. Right now it reads like a resume.
