Jakob Jóhann Sveinsson

Jakob Jóhann Sveinsson (born November 24, 1982 in Reykjavík) is a swimmer from Iceland, who started swimming for S.C. Ægir in 1991. He represented Iceland at the 2000 Summer Olympics, achieving the best ever result by an Icelandic swimmer in coming 25th.
