Jaime Mirtenbaum Zenamon

Jaime Mirtenbaum Zenamon (1953- ) is a classical guitarist and composer. He was born in La Paz, Bolivia of European parents and studied guitar and composition in Israel, Spain and Portugal as well as in South America. He taught at the Berlin Academy of Music from 1980 to 1992. He now lives in Curitiba, Brazil.
Amongst his compositions, is "La Noche", a short piece, with an unusual feel to it -- almost classical minimalism. This piece has been included in several music publications, including the series Modern Times and Grade 5 Guitar, Trinity Series.
