Jailcell Recipes were a British Hardcore Punk band from the Wigan area active between 1986 and 1992.
They played with Electro Hippies, Heresy, Snuff, Carcass, Napalm Death, Extreme Noise Terror, Doctor and the Crippens, Force Fed, Fugazi, Drive, Bad Brains, Gorilla Biscuits, Moving Targets, Youth of Today, Cro-Mags, Green Day, Concrete Sox, Rollins Band, ALL, Naked Raygun, ...
They signed to First Strike Records.
They reformed for a one-off show on October 31st 2006, played alongside the down and outs, frank sidebottom, sss and bow and arrow, at the magnet, liverpool.
