Jahia is an integrated Java Enterprise Portal and CMS developed by Jahia Ltd, a Swiss company founded in 2002[1] and based in Geneva, Switzerland.
The platform also integrates a Document Management Server, accessible through WebDAV, a Business Processing Server, with workflow management, a Search Engine (Lucene) and Groupware, through the integration of specific portlets.

Built on the ruins of the XO3 company, Jahia was founded in 2002 by five Swiss programmers: Stéphane Croisier, Serge Huber, Michel Romy, Philippe Vollenweider and Khue N'guyen. [2]
